Physics
Physics is the most important of all the sciences. At least I think so!! The principles of physics help us understand the motion of objects, the transfer of heat, the flow of electricity, and much more. On this page you'll find links to various topics explored in high school physics. New topics are added by popular demand. Send us a note if you want us to cover a certain topic.

Want to throw a baseball or shoot an arrow? That's a projectile and we can model it's path with a parabola. In fact, we can calculate how high it will fly and how far it will go.
Ferris In this section, we'll introduce you to working with pulleys. Simple systems of one or two pulleys with weights, free hanging, on a table or on an incline. Find the acceleration of the system and all tensions.
Ferris Wheels go round and round. Cars go around curves. Circular motion is everywhere. Our physics problems cover many examples.

When you push boxes on surfaces with friction and without. What happens? This section will clear that up. (But sorry, no puppies!)
